Recruiting & team

Both sides of growth, on one engine.

An agency grows by finding clients and by finding producers. In most stacks those are two different systems, two different spreadsheets and two different people remembering things. In Evrment they run through the same campaign engine and land on the same record.

The lifecycle

Recruit to producer, without re-keying anything.

A recruit is a person in the system from the first touch to their first sale, not a row in a sheet that gets copied into an onboarding folder and then into the CRM.

Licensing is tracked by state, because that is what determines where a producer can actually write. The recruit joins the tree when contracting starts, and the node activates when the seat does.

Day one

Every producer gets a front door.

A personal site, a digital card and booking links come with the seat. A new producer can text one link from their first call instead of waiting on someone to build them something.

Speed to first production is the return on recruiting them. The setup should not be the thing that slows it down.

  • An agent microsite.
  • A digital card they can text.
  • Booking links in the visitor's own time zone.
  • The client sign-in, under your agency's name.

The tree

Production, and the rollup above it.

The team tree shows each producer's production and what rolls up above them. Nothing on it is typed in: it is derived from the same policies and commissions the back office already holds.

Human effort and AI effort are measured separately, so a leader can see what people actually did rather than a blended number.

Team comms

Your team, your channels, the same system running the business.

The place where the team talks is connected to the place where the work happens. A deal is approved and the win posts itself, because the system that approved it and the system the team is talking in are the same system.

Team chat stops being a separate tool: it sits beside the CRM, the dialer, texting, email, the finance numbers and the automations, in one system.

What this is made of

Every part, with the status it really holds.

Growth is several capabilities working on one record. Here is each one and where it stands.

  • Recruit to producer, as one lifecycle

Recruit, interview, contract, license, onboard, seat, produce — one record the whole way.

    In daily use
  • Licenses by state and the carrier vault

Operational weight that grows with every producer, kept in one place and reveal-audited.

    In daily use
  • Agent site, digital card and booking links

Every producer has a front door on day one.

  • The team tree and downline rollup

Each producer's production, and the rollup above them.

  • Team Comms

Channels beside the records they are about, and wins that post from approved business.

  • Human activity measured separately from AI

The work clock and My Activity keep human effort and system effort from blending into one number.

  • Multi-agency tenancy and white-label downlines

Each agency in a hierarchy with its own workspace, rolling up to the one above it.

Recruiting acquisition

Measure recruiting by producers, not applications.

Recruiting is acquisition with a different buyer. Which campaigns produce applicants is vanity; which campaigns produce producers who go active and stay active is the business — and that answer only exists if the recruit and the campaign share a record.
