Lifecycle campaigns
Your words, on a schedule, across every lifecycle.
Build follow-up once and let it run. Every SMS, voice and email step is copy you wrote, sent inside the rules you set, to the right people at the right point in their lifecycle.
The builder
Every step is editable, down to the word.
A campaign is a sequence of SMS, voice and email steps with timing between them. Each step carries its own copy or call script, and you can change any of it. There are no locked templates.
Fifteen campaign tags organize the work by product line and by where the person is, so a new mortgage protection lead and a final expense client three years in don't get the same message.
- SMS, voice and email steps in one sequence.
- Per-step copy and scripts, fully editable.
- Campaign defaults you can set once in settings.
Lifecycle auto-mapping
People move. Their campaign moves with them.
When a lead becomes a contact, an appointment, a presentation or a sale, Evrment moves them to the campaign that fits the new stage. Nobody has to remember to unenroll a client from a new-lead sequence.
Re-enrolling someone who has been in a campaign before shows a warning first, so repeat messages are a choice.
After the sale
Customer care that runs on its own.
A sold policy starts a customer care schedule: a welcome, a check in, a note on their birthday, a referral ask and an annual policy review. Each touch is your copy and can be turned off.
Persistency is a relationship problem before it is a finance problem. This is the relationship part.
- Referral automation.
- Birthday messages.
- Policy-review reminders.
Booking pages
A booking link with the consent built in.
Booking pages work like the scheduling links you already use, with times shown in the visitor's own time zone. You can also book on someone's behalf.
The consent language on the page is stored with the appointment as a consent record, so you know what was agreed to and when.
Microsites and vCards
A page and a card for every agent.
Every seat gets an agent microsite and a digital business card with call, text, booking and save-contact actions. Send the link after a first call and your name is already in their phone.
Where this sits
Lifecycle is one half of the growth engine.
This page is the messaging that runs against people you already have: nurture, reactivation, retention, referrals, reviews and birthdays. Creating demand in the first place — strategy, ads, creative, funnels and attribution — is the Growth Engine, and most of it is still being built.

A note on texting
US carriers require businesses to register a brand and a messaging campaign, known as A2P 10DLC, before sending automated texts. Evrment guides you through that registration. Automated SMS steps send once your registration is approved.
Email sending on your own domain is on the roadmap. Voice steps are placed inside quiet hours, and every automated step checks your internal do-not-call list first.
