Compliance

Guardrails you can point to.

Evrment runs a set of checks on the paths your team uses every day. They help you operate your own compliance process. They are not legal advice, and they do not make anyone compliant on their own.

Internal DNC list

Your internal do-not-call list, enforced on every outbound path.

A number added to your suppression list can't be called or texted from anywhere in the system. The check sits on every outbound path, manual and automated, and numbers are screened against your own list at import, so a suppressed number is not dialable after an upload.

Suppression survives lead deletion, and is tracked by phone and by email. This is your agency's own list, not a lookup against the national registry. Keeping it complete, and honouring the national and state registries, is your responsibility.

Quiet hours

Automation holds to the lead's own clock.

Automated contact is limited to 9am to 8pm in the lead's local time zone, Monday through Saturday. Outside that window, automated sends are held.

A person making a manual call or text after hours sees the lead's local time and a confirmation step, and the override is written to the audit log. It is a check, not a block.

Recording consent

Recording is off until you turn it on.

Call recording is off by default. When you turn it on, it is gated for states that require every party to consent, and the same rules apply to inbound and outbound calls.

Whether and how you disclose recording on a call remains your decision and your responsibility.

Script linter

A second reader for your script.

The linter reads your scripts and warns on language that commonly causes trouble: false authority, invented urgency, and any suggestion of government or lender affiliation. Each warning explains the concern.

It never blocks. The script belongs to you, and so does the decision about what to say.

The audit spine

A record of who did what, and what changed.

Every action is logged with the type of actor (a person, an AI employee or the system), the module, the action, the subject and a before-and-after diff. Filter it, open any entry, or export it to CSV.

Every lead also carries its own activity history, so you can see where a record came from and everything that happened to it.

What stays with you

The parts no software can do for you.

  • Obtaining and keeping valid consent for every call and text you send.
  • Registering with and honouring the National Do Not Call Registry and any state lists that apply to you. Evrment does not check numbers against those registries.
  • Knowing the telemarketing and recording laws of every state you contact.
  • Registering your texting brand and campaigns with carriers.
  • The content of your scripts, messages and advertising.

Evrment provides tooling that helps you operate your own compliance process. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any federal or state law. Talk to qualified counsel about your obligations.
