Back office
The back office that closes its own month.
Policies, commissions, chargebacks and payouts usually live in a spreadsheet someone updates on Sunday night. In Evrment they come from the same records as your calls and sales, so the numbers are already there when you sit down to close.
Book of business
Every policy, and how it is holding.
The book of business lists every policy with its product, annual premium and status, and it is callable: open a client and the call dock is one click away.
Persistency is tracked at six months and beyond, so a policy at risk of lapsing shows up while there is still time to call.
- Policies with status and premium.
- Persistency tracking.
- Archive instead of delete when a policy exists.
Commissions
Advances, chargebacks and the deposits that came up short.
Advances, as-earned payments and chargebacks land in one commission ledger, each tied to its policy. A chargeback is matched to the policy it came from instead of floating as a mystery number.
When a deposit is less than expected, Evrment flags it as a possible underpayment for you to confirm, edit or match. The tolerance is a setting you control.
Share ledger and P&L
Know where every dollar is supposed to go.
Split net income into the shares you run your business on, such as owner pay, leads, taxes and reserve. The share ledger keeps carryover from month to month, and the P&L sits beside it.
Month close locks the period with the numbers that were true at the time, and the quarter keeps its own history.
- Share ledger with carryover.
- Lead tracker P&L.
- Month close and quarter history.
Credential vault
Carrier logins in one place, revealed on purpose.
Store carrier portal logins, licenses and tool accounts in the vault. Passwords are masked by default, and every reveal is written to the audit log with who revealed it and when.
Stored credentials are protected with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption. Our security page lists what is in place and what is planned.
Team tree
Your downline, and the rollup above it.
See every agent in your downline with their production, rolling up through each level to yours. Recruits join the tree when they start contracting, and the move can be reversed.
Atlas sees your agency and your downline only. Nothing above you or beside you is visible.
Finance
Production is not profit.
Two agencies can write the same premium and keep very different amounts of it. A closed policy becomes an advance, a deposit, a persistency clock and a chargeback exposure — all still attached to the same record, and all reconciled without a spreadsheet, so you can see what the production actually paid.
Commissions
Advances, as-earned payments, chargeback offsets and the comp ladder, each tied to its policy.
In daily useDeposit matching
Each deposit is matched against the commission you expected, with a tolerance you set. Automatic matching of carrier statement rows is planned.

SimulatedDeterministic engine over your real numbers
Team intelligence
You can see what each agent needs before they ask.
Production, pickup, appointment and close rates roll up the tree, so coaching is aimed at the thing that is actually costing them business.

Call review
Every call reviewed, not just the ones you happened to hear.
Call review that assesses the conversation and raises a flag when something a producer said may create a compliance risk — for a person to review. It never makes a legal determination.

PlannedRisk flags on what was said, with the moment attached as evidence for a human review

Team comms
The team room is part of the system, not another tab.
Channels, threads, reactions, a directory and private rooms — in the same environment as the leads, the calls and the book. When a deal is approved, the win posts itself.

Marketing's scorecard
Lead P/L is where a campaign stops being a story.
Spend, leads, contacts, sets, shows, applications, issued policies, commission, chargebacks and what stayed on the books — the same ladder marketing is judged on, kept in the same place as the money. The cheapest lead is not always the best business.
