Dialer & comms

A dialer that stays out of your way.

The call dock is the dialer. It floats over the app, follows you from page to page, and never locks the screen. Behind it, a dial engine works your list and a script-first session keeps every call on track.

The call dock

One dock, on every page.

Most dialers take over the screen. The Evrment call dock is a small, draggable panel that stays with you while you open a policy, check a note or look up a carrier. Leave the page and the call comes with you.

It is never a modal, so nothing behind it stops working while you talk.

  • Drag it anywhere, minimize it, bring it back.
  • Keypad for menus and extensions.
  • Recording only when consent rules allow it.
  • The same dock rings for inbound calls, with caller ID.

Multi-dial engine

Three dials deep, three laps around.

Start a session and the engine works your list for you: up to three dials per lead on each lap, across three laps. Outcomes are tagged as they happen, and you can stop and resume without losing your place.

Leads who picked up on an earlier lap stay visible in the queue and are skipped, not hidden, so you can always see the whole list.

  • Auto-tagging of outcomes.
  • Resume where you left off.
  • Redial a dropped call without recording a false outcome.

Script-first session

Your script at the center, with a second reader.

The dial session puts your script in the middle of the screen at a readable size, with the lead's details filled in. Contact details, notes and the queue sit around it.

A compliance linter reads along. It warns on false authority claims, fabricated urgency, and any suggestion of government or lender affiliation, and it explains why. It never blocks your words, because the script is yours.

  • Fill-ins for the lead's name and details.
  • Text the lead while you are still on the call.
  • Snippets and links that resolve on send.

Inbound routing

Calls come to you when you are working.

Inbound calls are routed by two rules you control: whether you are clocked in, and whether it is inside your business hours. If both are true, your dock rings. If not, the caller reaches voicemail and you get a missed-call notice.

Recording consent rules apply to inbound calls exactly as they do to outbound ones.

Dial history

Every dial counted, permanently.

Each lead keeps a lifetime count of dials and laps and the last time it was dialed. Every path that places a call adds to it, so the number on the record is the number that happened.

Each call and disposition also lands in the audit log with who did it and when.

Team comms

The team room lives with the work.

Channels, threads and locked rooms sit in the same system that approves the deal, so a win posts itself from EFT-approved business and a conversation sits beside the record it is about. The full picture is on the Recruiting & Team page.

Live call supervision

Coach the call while it is still happening.

A team leader can join a live call to listen, and whisper to the agent without the client hearing it. Coaching moves from the after-action review to the moment it matters.
