Partly live · the loop is being built

Producer intelligence

You can't listen to every call.

One weak handle is a moment. The same one across twenty-seven calls is a pattern. Producer Intelligence is the loop that turns calls into patterns, patterns into coaching, coaching into assigned practice, and practice into a change you can measure.

The loop

Development as a loop, not a library.

Most training is a shelf: a course library, watched once, unrelated to what a producer actually did on the phone last week. The loop replaces the shelf with a cycle that starts and ends on real calls.

Each step below carries the status it really holds today.

  1. 01The call

A real conversation, worked from the script at the center of the session.

    In daily use
  2. 02Analysis

What was said, where it stalled, what was never asked.

    Planned
  3. 03The pattern

Not one call. The same handle, across a run of calls.

    Planned
  4. 04Coaching

In the call today, on a simulated coach; from a leader where a leader is needed.

    In daily use
  5. 05Training

Assigned because of what the calls showed, not because it was next in a library.

    Planned
  6. 06Practice

Roleplay the objection that keeps costing deals, before the next live one.

    Planned
  7. 07The next calls

The same producer, the same objection, a different handle.

    In daily use
  8. 08Measured change

The loop closes on evidence, not on a feeling that it went better.

The producer profile

A development record, visible to the producer.

The idea is a single picture of how a producer works: the objections that recur, the transitions they skip, the closing patterns that land, how they follow up, what training they have completed, their compliance history, their outcomes and how consistent all of it is over time.

It is framed as development, not as a file kept on someone. The producer sees their own record, because a record you cannot see cannot help you improve.

  • Recurring objections and how they were handled.
  • Follow-up behavior, not just call counts.
  • Training completed, and what it was assigned for.
  • Outcomes and consistency over time.

Training

Training that answers what the calls showed.

Observe, identify, assign, practise, measure, escalate. The practice step is roleplay against a simulated prospect — the price objection, the spouse, existing coverage, coverage through work, “I need to think about it”, “just send me something”.

  • Script-first dial session with the lead's details filled in

    In daily use
  • Compliance linter that warns, cites your own standard, and never blocks your words

    In daily use
  • The agency's own scripts, rebuttals and training as editable content

    In daily use
  • Patterns drawn from a producer's own calls

    Planned
  • Training assigned from behavior, and measured on the calls after it

  • AI roleplay against a simulated prospect

Live management

Coaching in the moment, under your agency's rules.

Flowstate follows the stage of a live call and prompts the next question. It runs on a deterministic simulation today, and the product says so wherever it appears. A leader listening in and whispering to a producer mid-call is planned.

  • Flowstate in-call coaching, simulated today

In daily use · simulated coach
  • A leader listening to a live call, with the producer's consent

    Planned
  • Whisper coaching the producer hears and the client does not

    Planned
  • Observing several producers at once

    Planned
  • Every supervision session written to the audit log with actor and timestamp

    Planned
Monitoring follows your agency's documented policy, the consent rules and the recording gates already enforced in the product. It is transparent and authorized quality review, and producers can see their own development record. What the producer should have before the call starts

Compliance Sentinel

Kept deliberately separate from coaching.

Coaching is about getting better. Compliance is about protecting the agency and the client. Mixing them makes producers distrust both, so Evrment keeps them apart. Compliance Sentinel is a capability Shield performs.

How it behaves

  • Flags language that may cross a line, with the standard it is citing.
  • Documents what it saw, so a reviewer starts from evidence.
  • Carries a severity, so a slip and a pattern are not treated the same.
  • Routes to a human for review. It never closes a matter by itself.
  • Escalates repeats, because a repeated pattern is the expensive one.

Compliance AI in Evrment can flag, surface, detect potential issues, assist a review, escalate and document. It never makes a legal determination, and it never decides a compliance question for you.

What runs today, and what does not

  • Script-first dial session and the compliance linter

Your script at the center of the call, with a linter that warns and never blocks.

    In daily use
  • Your internal do-not-call list

Enforced on every outbound path and at import. Suppression survives deleting the lead.

    In daily use
  • TCPA quiet hours, lead-local

Automation holds to the lead's own clock; a human gets a confirmation step, not a block.

    In daily use
  • Recording consent gating

Off by default, gated for all-party-consent states, applied inbound as well as outbound.

    In daily use
  • The audit spine

Actor, module, action, subject and a before-and-after diff on every change, exportable.

    In daily use
  • Interaction review for risky language

The spoken counterpart of the script linter, flagging pressure language for human review.

Organizational memory

So people stop asking the founder the same question.

The agency's SOPs, scripts, carrier notes, compliance rules and training live in the system as the agency's own content. The next step is making that body of knowledge answerable across the agency's records.

  • Your knowledge base, editable, shipping none of anyone else's material

    In daily use
  • Campaign copy, scripts and rebuttals as content rather than code

    In daily use
  • Search across the agency's own records and playbooks

    Planned

Marketing, sales and training, on one loop

What the calls hear should change what the ads say.

Marketing runs an angle. Leads arrive with the promise attached. The calls reveal what those leads actually ask. Producer intelligence sees which objections are rising, marketing learns the ad set an expectation, training preps producers for the new conversation, and Shield flags it when the ad keeps forcing corrections — because the fix belongs to the source, not only to the producer.

  • Objections and questions as aggregate themes, never a client's own words

    Planned
  • Producers see what the prospect saw: the ad, the promise, the offer, the likely questions

    Planned
  • Training assigned from the conversation the campaign created

    Planned
  • The compliance linter and the audit spine the loop would run on
